It is pouring down icy rain in Boston today.  It was also pouring on Jess and Joe’s wedding day.  But that didn’t slow them down and it won’t slow us down either!  Well, it is kind of icy out there – so we should probably drive a bit slower…:)

I digress…

The day started at the lovely Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel in one of their over-the-top suites overlooking Boston Harbor.  The natural light that floods these rooms is a photographers dream.  Jess’ beautiful maids (in a STUNNING green) prepared our stunning bride for the first look with our groom, Joe.   I just love the way these two look at each other – their faces tell the best part of their story.  Their first look was so full of love and sheer joy.

After their elegant church wedding, we went out in the North End. Rain or no rain, these two were so game for outdoor photos and boy did they pay off!  We were surrounded by people in puffy down coats with umbrellas but Jess and Joe looked like it was perfect weather.

Back at the hotel, the party was ON.  This was such a fun wedding, and I know I probably say that a lot, but I really mean it.  Just look at how much fun everyone is having!

Jess & Joe, I loved capturing your wedding.  Thank you for making it so enjoyable and for ending my wedding season 2014 on a GREAT note.
