Chequessett <\/span> Yacht Country Club Wedding<\/h1>\n

Grace and Sean came all the way from California to be married at the Chequesett Yacht and Country Club.<\/a>\u00a0 Chequessett<\/em> <\/span> Yacht club is one of those unique venues on the cape that is on the water, and provides a venue right on the beach.\u00a0 A hard to find venue on the Cape believe it or not.\u00a0 Wouldn’t you know, on the last wedding of my season, it rained.\u00a0 I had a bit of bad luck this year with weddings and weather.\u00a0 The days it didn’t rain, it was bitter cold, and on the none bitter cold, it was windy.\u00a0 We took it all in stride and my couples never once complained.\u00a0 What are you going to do when you can’t control it?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The weather never bothers me especially if the couples agree to go out and play in the rain.\u00a0 Grace and Sean did just that and we got some fabulous photos.\u00a0 The wedding coordinator was Olivia From Cape Cod Celebrations.<\/a>
\nDesserts were provided by Local Scoops\u00a0 <\/a>They brought these amazing smelling crepes to the Chequesett Boat house instead of your traditional wedding cake.<\/p>\n

I absolutely love the jewelry for this wedding.\u00a0 It was simple and elegant.\u00a0 It matched the beach theme and colors of the day.

I absolutely love this image and the way the shoes. They got married in a tiny Inn in Wellfleet and then drove over to the Chequessett<\/em> <\/span> to get married.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 She had visions of these shoes…<\/p>\n

Instead, she ended up in these Hunter red rain boots which was just so cute!\u00a0 I mean, you never really think of wedding day and rain boots but she made them ROCK.\u00a0 They were her sisters and she threw them on and never thought about it for the rest of the day.\u00a0 Love brides that just roll with it!<\/p>\n

The groom was getting ready at another location, so my second shooter captured him while I focused on the girls.

Then we headed over to the yacht club and started photographing the details.\u00a0 I LOVE this seating chart.\u00a0 It’s so rustic and Cape Cod feeling.

The girls in the doors of the boathouse of the Chequessett<\/em> <\/span>Yacht Club.\u00a0 They have renovated the inside and added the little twinkle lights.\u00a0 It adds a nice touch when it’s raining, and you have limited places to bring the girls.

The bride and groom portraits were so much fun. They were such troopers! They were willing to go out sans umbrella and get some photos.\u00a0 It made by day because I knew we could rock the portraits if they just gave me five minutes.<\/p>\n
